Our store always operates according to your needs and consistently towards you.

Shipments of products

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are borne by the consumer.

By placing the desired products in the shopping cart, you can control the shipping costs depending on the order you want to make. This cost is not fixed, but varies depending on your address, mass and weight of your order.

In case the product is not ready for delivery, the order remains on hold and delivery will take place within 3-10 working days. In any case, the store will contact you.

Within the Municipality of Patras: the shipment of the products is free, without additional charge, when the payment is completed, by cash on delivery (on specific products), by deposit in a bank account with a credit or debit card.

Rest of Greece and islands: shipping the products is free, if the cost is over 50€ and up to 2 kg. Payment can be completed by cash on delivery, deposit in a bank account by credit or debit card.

Exceptions are bulky or very heavy goods, which are sent by a transport agency. The final charge is formed after consultation with the customer and the store.

If the cost is less than 50€, the charge starts with 3€ per 2kg and is adjusted according to the increase in weight, for each additional kilo 1€ per kilo is added.

There is also the possibility of free pick-up from the store.

In case you wish to pay by cash on delivery method, then the charge is 2€ extra. However, cash on delivery is for low mass and weight products that will not be cut or processed.

Shipments to Cyprus and European Union:

The charge for Cyprus and the European Union is determined according to the product, the country of dispatch and the final cost is formed after communication with the transport company and the customer.

In order to complete the provision of Shipping Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to our company, in order to complete the delivery of the products.

Ways of transport

The products are shipped through a courier company (courier: Speedex).

For shipments of large mass and heavy products, the delivery will be completed through a cooperating transport company and the collection is made from the store of the transport company.

The shippment shall be made immediately after the confirmation of your order and the delivery to the customer shall takes place within a period of 2-5 working days. *

(*) The dispatch periods may vary due to unbalanced factors such as: non-immediate product availability, special processing, strikes, transport company delays, holidays, non-working days, etc.

Product Returns

You reserve the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

To make a return, you must first contact us (electronically) to begin the return process.

The customer has the responsibility to check the products upon receipt, in case there is a defect or wear of the product

In case a defect is found in the product, then the customer should contact the store immediately, in order to send photos, which prove the wear (deadline up to 10 days). We then assume responsibility for the replacement, return costs, and as well as the costs for re-dispatch.

Products that have been damaged and are not in their original condition, ie products that have been washed, used or their packaging damaged, will not be accepted. They must be in the original packaging and include the labels, receipt or invoice.

DO NOT RETURN

• Sleeping pillows (for hygiene reasons)
• Quilts (for hygiene reasons)
• Products that have been processed,
• Products that have been cut to specific dimensions (such as: carpets, rugs, plastic floors, corridors, blinds, rollers, etc.),
• Curtains and fabrics, which have been cut to specific dimensions or have undergone a special seam, according to the needs of the customer.

In case of incorrect choice of product or design, the customer is charged with the return and shipping costs.

Returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, accompanied by the relevant withdrawal statement together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg retail sales receipt). The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.

RETURNS without prior information of the store (info@taxritzidis.gr), WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The return process will be done only with the same courier or transport agency with which the product was sent for the first time, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Replacement

The Company shall do its best to replace the product you returned either if the product is defective or if the wrong code has been sent. For your best possible service, we suggest, that you inform us within 10 working days from the date of receipt via e-mail about the desire to replace it. In the case where replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we shall contact you offering alternative proposals.

Cancellation of order - Right of withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases: Prior to the product’s dispatch – Cancellation shall be possible by sending an e-mail to info@taxritzidis.gr.
